in all seriousness though, if this deal can get Everblue out of the picture or at least not the controlling stake.. it may have a chance to be up there in the ranks the big boys.. you cant have the people running the show when there is a conflict of interest..
looking at the announcement again on news file corp, 73% of listed options is held by a select few (my posts go back to how they issue free shares and options to themselves). If Everblu manages to secure private funding and exercise those options.. their controlling stake will sky rocket.. giving them ever more control of how the business is run...
