    Same I wrote on LSE:

Fair to admit the political instability is rarely good for any business. But whatever will happen after elections it does not matter much apart of some delay. There is no way of closing borders of Czech Republic to international business. Yes, forming coalition/government make take long time. Since revolution in 1989 nobody took communists into coalition to form government, both ANO and Communists said clear no to any chance of forming coalition together - they are at least on paper complete opposites and Babis would loose a lot by doing so. Nobody knows at this stage how many smaller parties will get into parliament and what effect it will have on negotiations. Generally ANO will win elections but there is almost nobody to go into coalition with them (same as with communists). As it happened many times on regional scale it might be smaller parties which will form coalition together and let ANO and Communists be in opposition. So yes, we can expect some long negations.

The only question is do we need something from government at this stage (in coming few months) so this will delay our project by few months? And from a long term perspective, does few months make much difference? To the company which is anyway hugely undervalued to potential it has. Experienced investor Arca Capital has pretty clear opinion on this by buying in like crazy.
