1. Trump definitely populist, but I can't see him nationalizing any private entities. Quite the opposite in fact - e.g. Obamacare. Another point on Trump is that he made completely outlandish promises to attract votes during the election. For example 'the wall' - he proclaimed that a wall would be built along the US-Mexico border (presumably a new one as about a third of the border is already fenced) and it would be funded by Mexico. What is happening is small stretches of existing fencing are being upgraded and a new 100km span is being built in Texas...and the US is footing the bill. As Miro has pointed out, we can expect similar from Babis - long on populist promises, short on delivery.
2. I disagree that examples out of Russia 'prove your point'. Speaking from experience Russia has always been a difficult place for foreigners to do business. Can you provide any examples from within the EU?
