the whole development for example within Russia is a prove of what I mean. remember the laws against "foreign agents", meaning every organization could very quickly be disreputed with respect to foreign meaning bad influence? After that, there is no longer a fair chance for any of those organizations to keep doing business. And the market share left behind will typically be filled by the same friends of the nationalists/populist politicians who made these kind of laws.
In a country with nationalist/populist rulership, there is no reliable legal and juristical system anymore.
Only the "ruthless" win, not those with contracts/rights from former times.

From what I heard, Babis is exactly in a row with these kind of ruthless profiteer as his past shows oh so clear! Ask Miro.
