No clue but I think it's a play on his part. A connection to China... sorta like a soft spot to identity with in the business world. I have seen this type of play before so no bells on the crib for me when I saw that earlier...and if you were to ask Tony he'd not have an answer other than a verbal pacifier he'd want you to swallow without choking.
