The lemmings are people and insto's that know there is a real risk of the banks calling in the admin, if this happens the deal is off, the company will be sold in its various parts to get the money back, shareholders could end up with zero, i have never seen a stock fall over 50% on an offer, i also cant see the price going down due to the average investor, this is big players in the know getting out.

She is in big trouble and a fool and his money are easily parted, buyers are taking a huge risk imho.

I have found that most of the time the market is right, i would say that is the case in the marking down of this stock at the moment, i would hate to see ozl holders lose the chance to at least get a small amount of their money back.
