In my experience the market is WRONG more than it is right. If it was always right we would not have these conditions today. We have them because the market was very wrong. I just hate to think people are selling and missing out on their just return. I'm happy to go against the trend if the fundamentals are sound. In this case I can not see how a sale would not be made.I believe the banks will get paid faster if they extend for the sale to be made. If they send the company into admin they wont get paid for some time to come.
