Making me queezy and uneasy.
Can I trust these blokes to husband the cash with care and diligence, treating it as ours and not theirs, adding value for the medium/long term?
Sellers either need the cash and so don't care for value or don't trust management and are getting out before prices go lower. Have to assume desperate sellers but lack of volume buyers doesn't fill me with confidence.
