Poor buggers in Sydney may be strapped into 30km/h around some roads in Sydney. The mayor CM says if it's good enough for some parts of the UK or Europe it's good enough for Sydney motorists. CM says it's safer for motorists bike riders pedestrians and will reduce emissions.
