Shareholders should be absolutely assured that with $50M in the bank & a R&D incentive payment coming there will be no need for the company to come to shareholders for funds for the foreseeable future (well at least 1 to 2 yrs).
Added to this, merck seems absolutely committed to BNO and their alzheimer’s research.
My biggest concern is they will take out BNO when more positive results are released at some stage for 50 or 60 cents which substantially undervalues the company.
