I would imagine those investors and the hordes that follow Deutsche's lead would be fealing pretty well off, confident and happy.

For them to be taking this stake this early must mean nas has arrived. I would give Deutsche the stock at a discount to be held in escrow, word of raising gets out and the followers and funds with not enough and no stock buy from bank of ny on the exchange driving price up while creating awareness and demand, money in the bank for phase 3, every one a winner.
