Who in their infinite wisdom would tap the market for funds right now? Yes, they would probably get it done, but at what price?
The market's crappy, which is a given; and wasn't the whole rationale behind a Nasdaq listing designed to attract American investors? Well, if they go to market now, still awaiting the latter, doesn't it undermine the raison d'etre?
Something's fishy, and it probably all gets back to dark forces wanting to manipulate (if not hijack) PRR's relentless progress for their own avaricious ends.
After all, we have the perfect precedent: viz, Dendreon!!
