Yes, it is a generous premum to market but the point which you all seem to have missed is that a deal like this wasnt thrashed out yesterday arvo over a 1/2 dozen bottles of red, deals of this nature take weeks from start to finish. When this deal began the 8c would have probably been a very slight premium and the options may well have been the sweetener.

With this in mind remember that the sp is still looking good with further developments ahead, shareholders to decide at meeting.
