A $40M contract is a good report, however they haven't reported any other contracts lately. There seems to be a lot of insider knowledge in the mining services sector - share price trends seem to be a very good indicator of what is actually happening. I mention this generally - I don't know anything specific about SXE.
The current share price looks cheap, but if the company is only breaking even or operating at a loss, the price will drop considerably. I'll wait for a performance update before committing.
