I think a new significant holder notice or change in holder notice has to be done with 5 trading days of trade completion. So I think that gives them until Monday or Tuesday next week.
But 40m is less than 2% of the shares on issue. So it's unlikely we will see anything.
I just hope it's Roth Capital taking some of the newly issued shares off to the US. Then they might start spruking imu like they did with Viralytics. That saw a doubling of their sp.
