    Well SBL it's probably a matter of MONEY... if there is no need to test the well, why spend anpther 10Mil getting it to flow.. reservoir quality information form wireline test tools should give all the information needed to estimate a flow.

    looks like the FLC's at Rialto have smashed the companies market cap and given us all some nice losses to offste any profits made this FY
