The farm in partner would know Kik's position, it would look at the sp and make management suffer and screw them. It's all business and I don't blame a business trying to secure the best deal available. We shall see how it unfolds but I am sure as is everyone that they need the deal done.
I would not be surprised to see them scrape it through but it's hard playing poker when you have a pair of deuces and someone has a full house, makes you nervous looking at the fat cat upping the bluff.
