you're fully aware of this, but Im going to say it anyway. Brokers/instos shift risk within the portfolio as per their firms risk weight thresholds. The firms that dont, do not exist anymore.
Its irritating for a while, but, WBT is still classified as speccy to them, they shouldnt / not allowed to hold that much risk.
We have only 2 to 3 weeks before the 'creating business relationship/deals' phase of their business plan. things change with figures$ if dev announcements dont.
can someone start the '7c, 8c, 10c party' thread, I dont want to be that person.)
