A man visits his doctor who tells him that he has a very bad heart condition.
"You must avoid any excitement. You must not gamble, you must not drink, you must not smoke" said the doctor.
"What about sex?" said the patient.
"Only with you wife" replied the doctor. "Remember, no excitement!"
