Yeah cashed out of next door and back in for a few more myself.
Its never possible to pick the bottom when buying (the top is not my concern to sell), but the drivers, medium term, point to this price bracket as a good entry once again. What ever else can be said, those buying now I would guess, aren't in it for a few cents.
