Too many have had their judgement clouded by sitting on large profits and thus feel management can do no wrong (makes me wander who they really are - some are closer to management then would have us believe, management could steal my car be caught on film and these idiots would still defend them and tell they've done no wrong)...management should be looking strategically at how they bring value to shareholders/the company as whole...how this isn't 50c + minimum is beyond me...these guys defending management may get lucky this time but next time ...again resource is what is holding this up not the terrible management decisions...I'm praying for a buyout as these guys continue to miss deadlines etc.
