Chairman Dan didn't have control of the issue when he allowed the racist parade. That's the difference.

Over here in WA our racists had their parade but we had virtually zero virus and so they couldn't infect each other.

Dan has been woeful from the get go. He has landed Victoria in a world of hurt and has a spike that can be placed squarely at his door. Let's all hope cases don't mean deaths and his woeful govt get into gear to put a lid on it.
