Victoria seems to be in part an Academy for Non English Speaking Migrants.
All the cases in Victoria are probably due to all the Non English Speaking Background people in those areas of Melbourne.
It is a sad indictment of the Australian immigration system, Federal Immigration Ministers past and present and shows Australia’s immigration program is absolutely out of control and being subjected to horrific, inhumane and horrific abuse, leading to crimes, disorder, lack of safety and suppressing public health responses.
So it appears The migrants to Australia today are so “skilled”, they do not even understand and speak English well enough to follow public health orders and basic news.
These Non English Speaking immigrants appear to be the new spreaders of the virus around those six areas of Melbourne.
The out of control, excessive immigration program, as skilled as it allegedly is, appears to be one of of the things to blame.
