These cornerstone Goldie parcels are now on very long. Posted the settlement paper on these sometime back.
9,450 units of NST at 06/112014 bargain basement price of $1.05
12,000 units of EVN at 06/03/2015 bargain basement price of $0.76549
The proverbial timing issue, If you look at the chart on these parcels, I caught a falling knife! But it really doesn't matter now does it?
Anything above these parcels are trading the swings. It is all about taking up opportunities when they present themselves... you need to hold very long or you don't get the benefit of compound accretion which is my main portfolio growth driver.
