Go and have a look at "Results of Annual General Meeting". There you'll find that all 10 resolutions (including the Remuneration Report) has been approved between 98% and 99.63% of votes cast.
Personally I don't have a problem with BB's pay at all. He's turned NST from a small 1 mine company into a 6 billion gold juggernaut.
Shareholders who stuck to the company have been extremely well rewarded and there's no doubt in my mind it will continue.
Patience is a virtue . . ;-)
Of cause there are times when the company runs a bit ahead of itself and it pays taking some profits and wait for a pullback.
At current prices IMHO it definitely has strongly moved into BUY again.
