Why is it that people always assume that the company wants to get the share price higher to raise capital.
It is the absolute complete opposite UNLESS the company has some kind of leverage.
All spec juniors are at the mercy of the brokers.
The brokers will do what ever they can, to get themselves and there clients the best possible deal to mitigate any risk.
If you think about it.
Raise down here at all time lows of 2 cents = next to no downside risk, because there is no supply.
Raise at 4 cents and brokers / clients of brokers run the risk of folk who have bought between 2-4 cents creating supply causing the share price to drift lower that the placement price = unhappy broker clients.
I think the sooner they do the raise, the better it will be for everyone.
There is only 123 mil shares on the register, so they are positioned far better than most spec's
CR + new direction will be the catalyst for a move north.
