IMO the current shareprice is just reflecting the fact that current operations have a high AISC hence reduced profitability in what has recently been a weaker GOLD market combined with a stronger AUD and also our hedging position.
KOTH should deal with AISC to a large degree but the price of GOLD in AUD is out of managements hands , depending on how the finance deal is structured it's hard to guage what hedging will be required going forward.
One thing is reasonably certain , if the price of GOLD in AUD remains strong RED will do just fine..
