    Employment rate still stagnant at 64.1% of population, 66.7% particpation rate , underemployment rate 6.7% and under utilisation rate 10.6% = all unchanged.

    0.3% rise in employment = 39,000 based on an eligible working population of ~13,000,000 ( what are the other ~14,000,000 up to?)
