The reason inflation has come down is mainly due to price deflation in some goods, the deflation is expected to stop and in fact , in some areas, inflation is expected to rise again. Services inflation is still a problem going forwards and a tight labour market is keeping pressure on services inflation. Combined with government spending and helicopter money for the poor, higher inflation and higher for longer interest rates are on the cards
