Nic I tend to agree. If we don't hear of a new holder by next friday I think we need to assume the buyer is aligned with Farooq et al. Maybe a new/varied significant holder has to wait a m1nimum T+3 to notify, but it must be done withing 30 days, assuming all the shares went to the same purchaser.
Voting against the DBS scheme might be the only gamble available to entice another activist with deep enough pockets to buy in. Perhaps that is Mr Craigs plan? Sell now and hope the scheme fails and buy back more, cheaper, later?
I guess I will be waiting till next friday to fill in my proxy.
