Very much doubt that to be the case. More a case that on the MNS thread they are annoyed with the prime SYR "loonies" who feel the need to go on every stock forum on the planet to downramp other graphite companies, including MNS and previously TON, and upramp SYR.
Equally could one say the SYR prime loonies are afraid that MNS (and others) might steal some of their patch? TON has "stolen" the I am the biggest graphite deposit on the planet title from SYR. MNS has stolen the "first" to sign a "binding" off-take title from SYR and now the title of first to announce financing deal title - that, understandably, must stick in the craw of some (not all) SYR holders.
Never mind, SYR has a new title (yet to be overthrown) ... "Balama was one of the best graphite deposits “ever known to man.''
Although, should one be worried about the word "was" - past tense
Pity SYR hasn't yet managed to win the title of first to produce a DFS
