Well they have claimed the consessions although they have not been granted yet as the permits have not been approved.
San Luis province has been notoriously tightly guarded from exploration in the past and I don’t see this changing anytime soon.
CG continues to refer to elections as the problem however they were held almost 8 months ago so go figure.
