They have not received from prodcution signififcant cash receipts - assuming a very low gross margin of 20% based on production costs paid - they must have at least $11-13k million on their balance sheet as a receivable and it probably has already been received during October.

I wouldnt panic about the cash position there is always a time lag ....however this hould have been explained and would be useful to know what their revenue not received as yet from production was!!
