zinvestor I checked the CAPEX for MOY's plant it was $87M for a 1.5mtpa plant , it does oxide and sulphide ore as is a CIL plant but would not do sulphide refractory ore ie ore with less than 70% recovery in a CIL circuit.
I think they allready had an airstrip and roads.

THe Galaxy drill results were good it is a relatively small deposit think 55K ounces this should marginally increase the size of the deposit with a pit cutback.
Guessing strip ratio 12:1 the shellow dip of the orebody is going to make extraction a little problematic IMHO,
