Agree, if they didn't decide to stop wasting money on exploration and invest their cash this company would have been out of business long ago. It is low risk now, but the lack of liquidity is an issue which is why there is still such a large discount. That said SAR is looking terrific so I would hope TPR will be hitting new highs soon.
Who knows it might actually get back to its IPO price of 20c one day! Just glad I averaged down so am doing ok out of it now.
