Much speculation ensued and the price went sky-rocketing on the belief that they had truly secured a one in a $360 million dollar deal. Then, things started to appear very dubious. The CEO was charged with fraud. Dubious posters started appearing on chat sites making wild and unsubstantiated "wait and see" claims [http://www.pacificepoch.com/forum/threads/50812_0_16_0_C/].

A long three years later and the speculation still continues. There has been no announcement to the market regarding the status of the notorious Chinese deal. Instead, the scene now diverts attention to a new deal, a new set of affliates and a new set of posters making wild and unsubstantiated claims.
