Did he really say " he thought that there was a chance the company was going to be taken over"
This is VERY BIG news.

That sort of news shouldn't be given out by Directors to his mates and then posted on HC.
OR, maybe, this Director didn't realise that his mate was going to put it on HC.
He should have been a little more careful with his words.
I guess we will find out soon, since shareholders are expecting
"A further and comprehensive update is being prepared."
