The network in SA has just reached commercial viability. So those questions you propose are indeed good questions.
If ADT want to state such comments i am sure you will see answers sooner then expected.....after all SA is not China!
But the present state of investors minds say that it is....and that is also fair enough so lets see what transpires!
It all hangs on monetary prospects now if no money then kaboom!
