I remember saying to myself before increasing my position that the past history was concerning but foolishly ignored my own intuition. US expansion was nothing more than a pipe dream, NY seat sales were a nothing more than a stroke of luck with some connections they had. I think the US dream is over and now they are trying UK/Australia and Asia. Sigh, keep contemplating to sell and take my losses but have lost so much now that easier to just see what happens now.
