But we have never really covered 430B and might be worth a look at.



For those that are not up to speed on 430B its a down dip appraisal of the Angelim oil field

I have never been a big fan of this one. I cant see the point of a down dip appraisal of a field the is in step decline and has been producing for over 40 years. Surely the natural drivers are near depleted.

Thou rumor has it that there are a few traps in the turbidite sandstones in this area.

Also chatting to adds this afternoon for a couple of hours and we both wondered whether Petrobras did ever test the basement or the muribeca formation. Petrobras has a rep for leaving as much behind as they find or get out.




But still, for me and my thinking I would be much happier to see the million $$ that it will cost to drill 430B put into 330 that is all but guarantee production and chase the long shots once the cash is rolling in
