H, I know that he is not on the board and does not have to declare his share holding. However if you read back on teh annual reports where the holdings of key management personel are published, it is clear that he has not bought any shares despite holding such an important position.

It is YOU who do not deal with the facts. No need to feel isolated though. Along with Mightymouse and a couple of other, you make up a very 'special' group. Infact the errors in research that you 'both' show is remarkably similar.
As per the Annual reports which you hint that you are familiar with:
@30 June 06 Chris Kelliher held 1,416,559 shares. Post 5-1 consolidation, this was 283,312
@30 June 08 Chris Kelliher held 413,035 shares.
This is a 32% INCREASE INCREASE IN CHRIS KELLIHER'S HOLDING.
I would ask you to explain, but you would probably stretch the parameters again to suit your 'argument' eg 'but he hasn't bought in the last month?' or Why is it only a 32% increase and not 33%?'
