We have four PM in 10 yrs, why we chose not to make changes. People who not afraid of making changes when appropriate are people who can be in this fast pace business environment. Perhaps in the past those top 10 sharesholders thought we whinged. They actually underestimated most small investors knowledge and understanding. It's now time for them to have some guts to come forward and debate this issue on this forum with us.
