There are obviously some in here with a legal brain and experienced in how these things pan out. Well we now have a vote card in hand and they want our claytons' vote anyway. So how about ideas on what next.

Suspect we may soon need to broaden our range of vision to include them who act without regard to legal advice submitted. Our "vote" itself seems an insult to intelligence if we are not first given equal creditor status by FH.

Furthermore Treasury recently stopped the PRC from a takeover of Oz U-assets (OZL) and CMR, albeit smaller, IMO falls into same category ... love to know still WHY/HOW we lost 80% of our JORC U at Mt Fitch without any explanation at the time or since.

There seem to be too many "complications" and hot issues in play which without a full Fed enquiry will never come into full view. So thats the key to anyhope of success IMO and once again, now that we have a statement from FH, this should be scrutinised and our local reps in Govt shld be asked the broader Q's re issues of National security etc.
