I now think you are right and HNC (HAR) had that intention all along. They must have been delighted when they met the CMR directors.

The only problem is we were told in an email from FH that the Uranium assets are worthless so all we have that is worth anything is the Sulphides and thats subject to $200M debt and a $370M claim.

Time to start focusing the attack. That report was very informative for what it did not say and for what it failed to investigate. I may be wrong but, I think FH have made some serious mistakes by making unsupported statements with little or no research. I think we have researched the evidence far more conclusively than them. Time will tell after the next bout.
