    Better than both going into liquidation. Been on turps all afternoon so will read tomorrow.

    Something to keep in mind, CMR owns the assets, CMPL is operating vehicle with main asset being $19M debt from CMR so this is up for grabs, interesting to see who ends up with that. HNC also has a debt to CMPL but bet counter claim will out weight it.
