Out last night and now looking at the reports. After first look reckon the crux is in the Exec Sum of the CMR 439A document.

"2. The Deed Administrators (subject to certain limitations) to sell the company’s assets or negotiate a financial reorganisation of the affairs of CMR; and........

Seems that this thing has a long way to go yet....unless there is a sell-up in the shorter term. This I wonder would be of no value to shareholders.

So.. negotiate a financial reorganisation???
