QUE owns half of Central exchange
C exchange are getting $19m in cash from ANL.
QUE also have some $2.5m in other cash etc.
QUE only have 28m shares on issue, so half the $19m plus their other cash etc means they have a backing of around 43c. the market has simply not done the maths. its getting cheaper as well. imagine if the management decide to return capital to the share holders? i dont know if they would and anoconda need to make the payment. its in a contract and the annual reports, so it adds up. ask your broker to figure it out if you have doubts because these things can some times be a little unclear.
