    ‘Counting the chickens before they hatch’ is very optimistic way for bugs to promote SP. in my opinion, without litigation funding, a prudent investor would wait to see Ghana’s defence due 29 Sept. It could cause the Tribunal to rule for much or all of Cassius claims ‘fall away’ , in particular the ‘future profits’ claim which is the huge bulk of the magic money pie.
