The level of total BS that you post is frankly incredible! The sole purpose of your post is to spread disinformation, fear and doubt. You clearly don't have a single clue about the arbitral process - on 29 September Ghana will put on its defense and whatever evidence they have NOTHING IS DECIDED until the hearing at the Hague in June 2026 which will proceed irrespective of whether Ghana files a defense or not.

CMD's lost profit claim is well founded in Ghanaian Law which is Common Law and based on English Law and cannot fall away on Ghana filing a defense.

Your suggestion that a prudent investor would wait to see Ghana's defense, rates as one of the most ridiculous statements you have made on these forums - do you seriously expect CMD to announce those confidential documents?????
