$444m handed over by LNP without any process

Really you've got to wonder about the LNP.

$444m given to a Foundation with a current  budget of less than $10m to help "save" the Great Barrier reef.

No process, no tender very little analysis or discussion about how to get the best value for the money.

Nope just hand it out and duplicate services already provided Queensland govt, the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority etc etc.
